• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• AIBA Business Solutions Ltd is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards through authorized third-party secure processors.
• Billing Cycles: Payment terms are defined at the point of purchase.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) provided at the start of the project.

5. Intellectual Property

• Company Property: All code, designs, and materials created by AIBA Business Solutions Ltd remain our property until full payment is received.
• License to User Content: By hosting content on our servers, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software code.
• Engage in unauthorized mass communication (SPAM).
• Host or transmit content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property or violates UK law.
• Attempt to breach or bypass the security of our infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

• As-Is Basis: Our services are provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties.
• Uptime & Data: While we aim for maximum availability, we are not liable for losses resulting from server downtime, maintenance, or data loss. Users are advised to maintain independent backups.
• Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
